Martians!
This is a silk painting I recently completed for Iron Craft Challenge 8. It's the "Woking Martian". I also used this at our recent Surrey Branch meeting as an example of detailed gutta work.
I based this on a photograph I took some time ago. It was really fun to do as I had been meaning to try out a more "realistic" painting style for a while. Working with subtle shades is something I don't do often enough and I should do more of this as I think it's really effective.
