Tea cosy!

I made a tea cosy:



Hand dyed, pieced and sewn silk fabric, lined with cotton. This beautiful and delicate tea cosy brings a touch of nature to the table, serving as an unique piece of art as well as a functional object. The colours have been chosen to provide a relaxing teatime experience.

I have entered this in the National Needlework Archive "Make a Tea Cosy" Competition.
